2010年秋季报名注册须知 Fall Registration Information

1.     2010年秋季课时一共十三周，请参照以下校历:

        There are 13 weeks of classes for Fall 2010.  Please see the following calendars:

 

星期六校历For Saturday classes:     

Sept. 11, 18, 25; Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Nov. 6, 13, 20; Dec. 4, 11

           

星期三校历For Wednesday classes: 

Sept. 15, 22, 29; Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27; Nov. 3, 10, 17; Dec. 1, 8, 15

 

2.      请提供您最新又最常查看的电子邮件地址，通常学校的通知和消息都是先由电子邮件网络发出。请您也填上您居住的社区， 以便于联系carpooling.

Please make sure that your e-mail address is updated, as all of our announcements and news are first sent out through e-mails.  Please also provide the name of the neighborhood you live in so that carpooling can be easily arranged if needed.

 

3.      如果需要帮忙联系安排接送服务，请在报名表上注明。学校会根据学生的住址或校车站，找附近有时间帮忙的家长或老师，然后你们双方愿意并签署consent form。家长还需直接付提供服务的家长或老师$65 (一共13次课)。如果你是我们afterschool program的全时学生，你不需要付此费用。

If you need help taking your child to Chinese school on Wednesdays, please mark it on your registration form.  We will find either a parent or a teacher to take your child to Chinese school on every Wednesday.  You need to fill out the consent form and pay the parent or the teacher $65 for the entire fall quarter.  If you are a full time student in our afterschool program, you do not have to pay this fee.

 

4.      如果一个班级注册人数少于五个，我们会取消这个班级。

The class will be canceled if there are less than 5 students registered for that class.

 

5.      请将学费寄到P.O. Box 1445, Issaquah, WA 98027 (支票抬头请写Sammamish Chinese Academy)。所有被银行退回的支票有$20手续费。

Please make your check payable to Sammamish Chinese Academy and send your check to P.O. Box 1445, Issaquah, WA 98027.  There will be a $20 charge for each returned check.

 

6.      在注册截止日之前取消注册的，学费100%退回。在注册截止日之后取消注册的，学费退回， 但有$30.00取消注册费。在上课开始后取消注册的，学费不再退回。

Tuition is 100% refundable before the registration deadline. There will be a $30.00 cancellation fee if a cancellation is made after the registration deadline.  Tuition is not refundable after the session has started on Sept. 11, 2010.
